Who Qualifies
You may qualify if the person you care for:
Is enrolled in Michigan Medicaid
Needs help with daily activities like bathing, cooking, or mobility
Lives at home (not in a nursing facility)
Can have a doctor complete the required forms
You may be paid if you are a:
Daughter or son
Grandchild
Sibling
Other relative, friend, or roommate
❌ Spouses and parents of minors are not eligible to be paid under this program
